These muffins just don't have an orange flavor. The other Stonewall items are great - try the coconut cupcakes --- yum

These were super easy to make: just mix up some oil, egg, milk, orange juice, add the mix, stir a bit, spoon into the muffin tin, and bake. The flavor is very good -- just enough crunchy walnuts to add a little texture, nice amount of cranberries, and, depending on the orange juice you use, a nice robust orange flavor. The topping is another nice touch: a sugary sprinkle that provides a bit of texture.
My ONLY complaint (not enough to affect the star rating) is that a package makes only 6 muffins. Maybe this is a good thing: it certainly limits the damage I can do to my diet!
I'll likely be purchasing these again to have on hand for unexpected company. Very good, indeed.

We originally bought this muffin mix at Trader Joes but then they stopped carrying it. We were thrilled to find it online at Amazon. These are my husbands favorite recipes.
