This product has been excellent for portion control. My husband is dieting and eats one small box every morning with 1% milk. He is losing weight!! The case of 70 serving boxes is convenient to pull from daily. The small packs also are easy to pack when we are traveling. Calories are low particularly with this size. We are really pleased with this choice of cereal!

the special k is fine, athough i am suprised at what i consiider to be high sodium level.
my case of this product arrived in an open cardboard box from kellogg's with out being sealed i suppose they are trying to save money, thus the special promotion, another shipment like this, and i will not be ordering any food items from amazon i live in the city and any one or anything could have munched on my special k containers and if their was rain i would not be starting my da with special k.

We own a condo in Florida and I constantly have to be aware of the humidity when we aren't there. What I like about these packages is that for one thing it's portion control and for another it is manufacturer sealed so I can leave them down there. When we get there the next time, I don't have to run out to the store to buy cereal for the next day. Which means I can leave them at the condo over the summer and the humidity won't affect them.
While I would have preferred to have purchased a smaller amount of boxes, I will most likely wind up donating some of them to the local soup kitchen.
Originally, I got some at a hotel and used them down there. That's how I found out how convenient they were. While more expensive than purchasing a large box of the cereal, once opened I can't leave the box of cereal down there but I can leave these.

I like Special K cereal. So when I saw these small (single serving) boxes available I jumped on it.
It tasted just like I expected. So if you like the way Special K tastes (if you've never had it, it tastes like Total), you'll really enjoy this.
