I bought these because of the blueberries! However, they are way too sugary. If you have a sweet tooth and want something that is healthy in comparison to eating a candy bar, then you might like these Special K bars.
I will probably go back to Kashi GOLEAN Bar, Chocolate Almond Toffee, 2.75-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12), which seem to be more nutritious on the whole. They don't taste as good, but I'm learning to make sacrifices in order to improve my health.

While these bars were a good "deal" versus the supermarket price, I was pretty disappointed to find that the expiration date on the individual packages is May of this year. Normally, you would find a much further out date. I believe these were overstocked and dumped onto customers via Amazon. They also are kind of dry and hard versus ones I purchased at the supermarket, likely for the same reason. My kids didn't like them, either, even when we went on a roadtrip and they were the only thing in the car to eat-- that's saying a lot! I ended up throwing them all away. Obviously don't recommend.

Special K bars are nice little guilt-free snacks at only 90 calories a bar. They're great breakfast bars if you're on the go and don't have time to prepare a meal. I keep a box at work for times when I need a little pick me up during the day. The blueberry flavor is sweet, and the bars don't have that chalky taste like others I've tried.

I love healthy food, and this is a perfect choice for me. The taste is sooo good, even better than high calory snacks and cookies, and this one is only 90 cal per bar. I love all flavor from the Special K Bar, but blueberry is my favorite...

This is a satisfying little snack that is low in calories and is a good midnight snack for hunger-pangs (I keep a box in my room).
