I have tried many gluten free corn flake crumbs and I find this product has been the best. I use it for meatballs, meatloaf, & many other dishes and no one can tell that they are gluten free. This is the only product I buy now. Nothing falls apart when you use these....

I use these as is, and also make my own Italian Breadcrumbs with them adding garlic powder, salt, pepper, dried parsley and romano cheese. No one can taste the difference and they have no idea they're eating gluten free.

I used to always put corn flakes in my meatloaf. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease.. that stoppped. So glad I found these.... my meatloaf is tastier like it was before. It is also good on other things that I have cooked.

This is the first time I have tried these and I like them alot. I have been crushing up chex to use as a panko replacement. These are quite nice and I would purchase more when these are gone.
