Although this product is marketed under the banner of the South Beach Diet, it is really a substitute for Metamucil. It has more dietary fiber than Metamucil and it tastes a lot better.

Thanks so much for your fast service. I love this product.... specifically this flavor. I wish there had been a way to know if you had more than one box of it as stated when I ordered or I would have ordered more. I did not want to pay for something that would turn out not to be available in full and then try to get some of my money back.

I really liked the flavor. The Tide-Me-Over really helped me to get through that difficult part of the day when you just want something sweet. It's a little sweet but not too sweet.

From the first sip the taste is phenomenal. I am glad I ordered the 4 pack of 10 packets. I cant get it at any stores here in Northern Ohio. I am so glad to have been able to find it on Amazon.
