You might have your reservations about buying something you haven't tried before, especially when it's 5 boxes at a time. Well, these are WELL worth it. They are a good and wholesome snack. I have tried a few other South Beach Living snacks and this one is by far the best so far. I will definitely keep buying this.

"South Beach Living Snack Pack Delights Energy Mix" is the perfect size to take the edge off your hunger between meals. These are a great mix of Cashews, Almonds, Peanuts, and Dark Chocolate covered Soynuts that only have 160 Calories and 6 Net Carbs per pack.
For me, the test is if my kids will eat them and they love these. We also like South Beach Living Snack Pack Delights Dark Chocolate Covered Soynuts, 7-Count Boxes (Pack of 5).
Highly Recommended for those watching calories and carbs.

This is another South Beach snack that is nutritious and delicious. The combination of nuts and chocolate morsels makes break time enjoyable. This would be great for your children as well! South Beach has some of the tastiest snacks available and I do not think you will be disappointed.

This used to be offered by Amazon.com, and it was only about $17-$18 for a 5 pack/5 box quantity! Now Amazon does not carry it and it is over $40 for the same thing! I wil not ever buy again...WAY OVER PRICED AND A RIP OFF BIG TIME!!!! Come on Amazon, get them back and carry them!! PLEASE!!

South Beach Snack pack delights energy mix is my perfect snack. This is my snack that i never feel guilty having. It helps me between meals and
sometimes i just feel like something after dinner, and this snack is perfect. My store stopped carrying these and was pleasantly surprised when Amazon.com had it.
