I received my latest order of this item today, and see that the protein has now been lowered to 8g. The bars are not called "High Protein Cereal Bars"; now they are "Protein Fit". "New Lower Price!" is printed on the boxes, but I paid $16.06, which is not a lower price.

The South Beach protein bars are fantastic - I don't like peanut butter, but oh, I look forward to my SB PB bars. The cinammon raisin is almost as good as a Cinnabon, and that's really saying something. Especially good for post gastric bypass patients, as we need all the protein we can get. Sometimes you just want a sweet snack, and this one is actually good for you.

OK, first of all, I am usually crazy for anything called maple, I love the flavor and so when I found these, I had to give them a try. I already love the Smores version and was hopeful these would be another one to add to my choices. These did not disappoint! They have a strong maple flavor, it reminds me of the maple sugar candy you can buy in Vermont. It is like a rice krispie cookie in texture except not quite as chewy and with a little crunch which I think is probably the nuts. The bar is delicious, I don't know if I like it more than or equal to the Smores one, guess I will be buying both from now on!

I would rate this product as a 10+. The product helps me stay on my diet. Very fresh and delicious!! Fastest delivery I have ever seen. Will I order this again? Without a doubt. Excellent service and product. Thanks again for a job well done!!!
