Dissapointed With Amazon!Oct 06, 2009

Weak sound, ordered from Amazon directly as new, and was sent an open box item with a crushed in speaker. Very dissapointing especially when I usually receive great service and items that are actually NEW when stated. Not including the busted speaker, the sub is very weak, no bass, no adjustments available to remedy that either. Sounds like any $20 off-brand speaker set with a "sub" included. Flat sounding and chinsy. Dont waste your time...
