No holes in cups. they are clear. they do not dribble. they appear to be recyclable but i have yet to confirm this theory. I think seller said it best... they are clear plastic cups.

I have a huge New Years Party Every Year. I use clear cutlery, plates, wine cups & larger cups. I try not to buy the 18 oz. cups because people get too drunk too fast. 14 oz is perfect and it does make a difference without seeming like you are being cheap and giving a smaller cup. 14 oz. This size in a Clear Cup is VERY HARD to FIND in stores and once you do, the price is OUTRAGEOUS ($3.99 for 24). I bought the case and will use them on New Years and in the future! Thanks!
