a very good soup mix and tastes wonderfull! Only downside is there are no directions on how much water to use OR cooking directions.
Also there are some hard crunchie things in it like peppercorns? not sure however finding a spice crunchball in your spoon kind of sucks. so I pick out all those spiceballs? before I make the soup. oh and use about 2 quarts water and even add more as the soup cooks. Takes a longtime to be good soup.
