This Gluten Free Macaroni & Cheese made with Quinoa pasta is so amazing, has an unbelievable taste, very creamy. I made mine with Soy Milk as we can't have Regular Milk. Love that the Cheese is aged much easier to Digest. My Children love this product we went to their website at www.glutenfreefabulous.com to check out their other products and recipes. The recipes are so fabulous we tried the Italian sausage with Broccoli... OH MY GOD.... SO..GOOD!!!! This is a 10 star product!!!

I had high hopes for this mix, but the cheese sauce is really lacking in flavor. I didn't enjoy it and will not purchase again. I have tried a few GF mac and cheese mixes and this is at the bottom of the list. Annie's would be #1 and I reccomend that to my fellow GF friends.

This was the most horrible tasting gluten free product that I have tired so far. The noodles break apart while cooking and do not resemble elbows at all. The sauce is pretty tasteless. Before I wrote this review, I tried the product twice and both times it landed in the garbage. This is a pretty expensive product that is not edible.

My kids grew up loving boxed mac 'n cheese, and that's how I got through college. When we found out the family is all affected, the search for a replacement began. I had not tried this brand before today, but I work for a major hotel/casino chain in Las Vegas and our diversity team saw this at a convention and brought it back to have our family test. I can't wait to spread the word and hopefully this product will work its way into at least some of our restaurants. Now if they would just put it into our employee dining rooms, I'd be in heaven. This is SOUL FOOD for a lot of people like us!! We all agreed that the pasta stood up well at 10 min, and then I added a tad more organic 2% milk and real butter and let it thicken for another few minutes until it was rich and creamy and smooth. Two cheesy thumbs way up from a mom 52, daughter 16, and son 11. Bravo!
