I ordered a case of this to share with my family (grown sons, DIL and grandson). Everyone reported liking it. I did make some for the 8 month old LO, and he enjoyed it very much. My only hesitation there is that it is pretty saltly, which for me isn't a problem since I had low blood pressure, but for infants or those who need to restrict sodium intact, you might want to go sparingly.
I like that nearly everything in it is organic, and it tastes good. The only ingredient that sounds "chemically" is the disodium phosphate, and, other than the sodium aspect, I was not able to find anything harmful about this additive. It is widely used for its anti-caking properties, and also it helps it absorb liquid.
One drawback also is that this is not a whole-grain product; it is made with white flour. Definitely, though it is far superior to other boxed mac and cheese kits with all the horrible food coloring, etc. It is a creamy, mild comfort food. Adding a little more cheese of your choice is not a bad idea, either.
Here is a tasty, simple complete meal idea: Prepare according to directions, adding a bit of shredded cheese, torn up sliced cheese, or grated parmasan cheese. Add one can of tuna, drained and mix well. Add about a half cup of frozen petite peas or veggies of your choice. Serve and enjoy!

I have the Simply Organic organic Pasta shells and White Cheddar Cheese on automatic order with Amazon, because our kids and I love to fix it. We add a bit of organic sour cream, some dill, and some extra organic raw sharp cheddar (though it is cheesy and good as it comes....we just love loads of cheese, a personal preference), sometimes some chicken or tuna along with some frozen peas, and voila, we have a delicious main dish for lunch or dinner. There is rarely any extra. I buy it because it is all organic, not just organic pasta, and because it tastes great!. There are some mixes on the shelves of various stores who proclaim organic pasta, hoping you won't notice that the cheese is not organic, or the other ingredients for that matter. And their price is usually more than Simply Organic organic Pasta shells and White Cheddar, which is ALL organic! Thank you, Amazon, for carrying this excellent product.

Very tasty and simple to prepare.
Much better than Kraft and the other brands who have are not organic and have artificial ingredients like coloring.
I will definitely continue to buy this.
I hope to see more Simply Organic products on Amazon.

I have a 3 year old and 5 year old who think that Mac and Cheese should be in its own food group. It is a staple in our house that we have to eat at least twice a week and this mac and cheese is the great.
I make it with Organic Valley heavy cream instead of butter and milk, it becomes a very creamy mac and cheese instead of the somewhat oily mac and cheese you get with the milk and butter that they suggest you make it with.
I also use a pinch of the Simply organic all purpose seasoning with this Mac and cheese, it just adds a little more flavor.
