This product is great, especially for folks on a raw vegan way of food intake. I buy the 6 packs and sprinkle on salads or food to get the nutrients daily.

Another quality product available from Amazon! I used dulse for our dog and cats - Extra vitamins used like salt in sprinkling a bit on their canned food. I've used it for years, ordered it before from a vitamin store. This time I'd try ordering it through Amazon. My expectations were met, I am extremely happy with the product. Amazon was wonderful and once more the shipping was quick and efficient.

I put it in everything I cook from oatmeal to chili to spaghetti sauce. It is great. On a whole-foods, plants only diet, after taste buds return to normal (i.e., not expecting high fat, high sugar, high salt but now tasting the real food itself -- very enjoyable), this suffices.
