Really good.Nov 26, 2010

"grills year-round"
I'm not normally a fan of "packaged" salmon, but this is exceptional. The fish comes out of the package as a small fillet that you can immediately plate and serve as-is. Since it's Copper River salmon, the fish is very rich-tasting.
