He is one of the few Italian dry pasta makers offering such a high quality of ingredients. Claudio spends the first two hours of each day cracking the fresh, free range eggs. Because of the fresh eggs, long kneading and slow drying, Claudio's pasta is exceptionally good - as good as most of us could expect home-made pasta to be. It certainly tastes better than most 'fresh' pasta. | | | Features: | |

Pasta PerfectNov 25, 2010

Sapori di Casa Certainly not the cheapest, but once you have tried it you will find that this pasta is a s good or better than freshly made. And it cooks so fast that your sauce may not be ready at the same time! I hate to admit it, but it is worth the $$$$ price!

Tagliatelle - the thin and wide flat pastaAug 18, 2009
By anon This brand is tops. I have never found it in the stores in the U.S. and always brought it back from Italy so I decided to search the web and was delighted to find it on Amazon. The tagliatelle is excellent and cooks in under 2 minutes, like fresh pasta. I have no interest in this or any other pasta company - I just hope that this brand becomes popular enough to be an easy to find product!
