Normally I don't like salmon in a can. The texture and taste leave a lot to be desired. This product, however, is totally different. The salmon are good size chunks and the taste is delicious. It's spicy but not overly hot and best of all, doesn't have that canned after taste that I find in so many other canned products. I've been buying this for a couple of years and am never disappointed. Oh, try their tuna too. Yummy!
