Outstanding Product - My FavoriteJun 21, 2010

Great pasta - great price from Amazon. Try this pasta for a change from the ordinary. It has a superior flavor and, when cooked properly, also has a superior texture. I use the Penne Rigate for cold vinegar/oil based pasta salads and the pasta never gets too soft or closes. I bet it would bake well also.

This pasta is amazing. I also found out it has much less gluten than other American pastas. Worth the extra money. Most definitely.
