I had not tasted baby pears and bought them for their novelty. They taste great as the texture is nice and firm. The stem is removed and there are only a few seeds in the center. The syrup is light, the only improvement would be to use natural pear juice instead. I will be trying out different dessert recipes to showcase these healthy delights.
