I really enjoyed adding this oil to my smoothies, it gave them a nutty taste. I had bought it because I had read that it would help to keep my full, and it seemed like it really worked.

I purchased the walnut oil in these three smaller cans as it makes more sense for our family. It is very tasty on salad and easier to pour from the smaller cans. They are just the right size to use as gifts too. Walnut oil is very good for you.
