would not use anything else. Best batter for shrimp to pork just try it and you will love. It is so simple you would wonder why didn't I use it along time ago. Just try it you will love it.

In my opinion this is the best tempura batter I have used. The flavor enhances whatever you are deep frying. It is the best batter for squash blossom flowers. I have tried many recipes and batter mixes and none come close to this one.
