Too much Garlic and VinegarJan 09, 2011

I bought this brand to try out and while it's a bit cheaper than the rooster brand it can't hold a candle to it. This product has a decent amount of heat but it's definitely missing that "something-something" and it has more vinegar and garlic without enough sweet to compliment it.
One thing I did to fix this is I made a simple sugar syrup (sugar/water) and added it which helped but it still can't hold a candle to my favorite sriracha brand. Oh well.
