By jessica ask yourself if u might not prefer chopped clams. Minced are minced very very very very small. I don't do clam dip, I bought this to fortify Linguini with clam sauce. I shoulda got chopped
More expensive, but well worth it!Nov 04, 2009
By Pierce H. Thompson Roland Minced Clams cost us about $0.50 more per can than the brand my supermarket often has on special -- but they are worth it! The clams are full-flavored, as is the clam juice. When we made our favorite white clam sauce for linguine with Roland Clams, the dish moved up several notches on our list of family quick meal favorites. These minced clams are excellent -- we were so happy with them, we will try other Roland products.

These were so bad that I threw away 11 cans after using the first can. Terrible taste and consistency.
