Good salt. Quite large crystals... takes a little longer to dissolve in warm water for making kimchi. Thinking I may throw it in the ceramic grinder for that.... Apparently 28 pounds is to much for the boys at UPS... they obviously dropped it, broke the container seal, 1/4 of the salt was in the bottom of the box, had to sift through it to get all the crap out of it. UPS gets a single star on this one...

Though away that iodized salt....and use sea salt. Its better for and I really like this brand. I first bought it from a health food store/resturant and I was hooked ever since. Now some of my friends use too. Packaging could have been done better though. = - /

Clean and mellow with no after taste. I sprinkle a little on my cantaloupe with a dash of black pepper and I am in melon heaven.
