This is a very tasty, black tea with an earthy, slightly malty flavor. Best for the morning. This is a good buy, but only get what you can drink in about 6 months.

I have high blood pressure and high Cholesterol, but I purchase this product because I wanted to stop drinking coffee. I went to the doctor a month after I started drinking this tea and my blood pressure was 120/80 and my cholesterol was down to 146 from 243. I was surprise of my test results, because I do not take any medicine. Who know I was going to get additional benefits from drinking this tea.

This tea is a warm, filling blend that is perfect for mornings when you feel overwhelmed, it just gets you up and going. Not to mention that it is quite good for regulating digestion, which I didn't realize when I first purchased it. It actually does taste like autumn leaves... which for me, is a good thing.

I bought this from amazon about 6 years ago and just re-found 1 can in my pantry.
Amazingly enough the tea is still WONDERFUL. Now I do not recommend forgetting about anything for 6 years and then trying it, but my family is into 'human-test-subjects' and I was served some without my knowing it. I love this tea.
The other reviews saying that this tea helps you stay alert - I concur totally. We are hardcore coffee drinkers, and this tea is a fabulous substitute!

Tastes just a bit different from what I had in China, but smells just as calming. Pu-erh is great tea, helps boosts metabolism, regulates digestive system, perfect diet tea!
