I have a difficult time finding Organic Arborio Rice at my local grocer so I love the convenience of purchasing this in a large quantity. To keep its freshness I store in my freezer. I have had good experience with cooking the rice and I am very satisfied with the flavor and texture.

The shape of the rice is short and wide. The taste are good, very soft or creamy. This is the first time I try Arborio rice, I 'm afraid it has special tastes, but the fact is that it tastes just like the normal rice, which is good for anyone who like normal white rice. I didn't like the taste of brown rice and any long shape white rice, so I choose this white one when I ordered.
It has USDA organic trade mark and that's why the price is not that cheaper. But compare to the store like whole food, this price is just OK for me. Recommend to anyone who like Organic white rice.

I really like this risotto rice, and use it in my rice cooker as well as for real simmerered risotto. Since I had moths in some of my whole grains last year (Bob's Red Mill, which I love but now freeze first), I especially appreciated the fact that the containers are moth-proof and re-usable.

This is a very good product. A bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. The rice texture is excellent. The best part is it has no(pesticide) smell, like most nonorganic rice that you buy.

I eat a lot of Arborio Rice and this is the best yet. It i very creamy and cooks up in 25 minutes.
