I love all kinds of rice, and this is my new favorite one. Cooking rice is not rocket science...and this one is no different. Very easy to make, as long as you have the other required ingredients (onion, chicken broth, etc.) I used chicken stock instead of broth, and I don't know if that's what makes it so yummy, but you will NOT be disappointed with this one!
