 The best mushroom risotto I've tastedAug 31, 2006

As I had no cream in the house, I only prepared the 'simple' version. It was truly delicious - even better than my son's version which takes 2+ hours to prepare. As the grandchildren love risotto, it will go on our Thanksgiving table

Mediocre risotto which didn't microwave well. Contains whey. It was worth a try.
