Spearmint tea, caffeine free with nothing elseMar 04, 2011

When my husband's favorite brand of caffeine free mint tea was discontinued, I went on a quest to find a replacement. Almost all of them have caffeine and/or something else like "mint with green tea", etc. And, what type of "mint"? I determined that the one he had liked was spearmint only. He likes Revolution's Southern Mint much better than Stash or
HEB's (locally grocery store) brands.

This is the kind of tea that will perk you up without a hint of caffein. It's really nice how it tingles on the tongue and you can keep refilling your cup with hot water without it losing the flavor since this is simply pure mint leaves.

Delightful mint tea as one would expect. Note that each tea bag is NOT individually wrapped; there is one bag inside the box which holds all of the tea bags in a ziploc pouch. I purchased these as a wedding favor (herbal-themed wedding) and it was fun bagging each one in its own small bag with a nice printed label and ribbon. The tea bag itself is good quality; I've never had one rip open and spill tea leaves into the tea.

This is some of the best tea that I have tasted. The smell of mint followed by a smooth minty taste. This tea helps me to unwind at the end of a busy day.

Honestly I drink a lot of tea and I love mint tea but it is hard to find good mint where you can actually taste the flavor. Revolution Mint Tea is by the best!!!
