My mom-in-law has some swallowing problems. Although takes getting used to, and you definitely need to convince yourself it is what you must do to keep liquid out of your lungs. Instructions are a good guideline, but definitely takes some practice. Toughest thing is waiting for it to finish thickening what you put in. We have a tendency of not waiting and putting in more powder .... and end up with it too thick... yuk
This bulk purchase was good. Keeps the cost down, and we know we are going to use it up.
It even works in her coffee.
No fun using it, but we blame the medical condition, not the treatment.
