What can I say? Your mom probably used these and they are still around because its so easy to make a dessert "fit for company" with these. Use fruit,pudding, ice cream, cheesecake filling, add some whipped topping and you're done.

These make great little snack pies. You can fill them with fruit pie filling or pudding. Great taste too. Kids love them and so do I. One small box of jell-o pudding fills 6 of these little pie shells.

I never would have thought that even modern technology could make a graham cracker crust only a single millimeter thick. It was amazing, it was essentially painted on the sides of the tiny little pans. This means that in the entire package, there was only a couple of tablespoons of product, and a lot of packaging.
