Tastes the best but uses banned food colouringsDec 03, 2009
By Jennifer J. Stockton I wish that I could give this 5 stars, it really does taste superb. The problem is that is contains two artificial food colourings (E124 & E102). Both of these are synthetic 'coal tar' dyes, are known carcinogens in animals, are banned in a few countries including the United States, and both are being phased out of use in the UK where Rajah is produced. Neither is recommended to be consumed by children and it can cause allergic reactions.

Best Masala mix on the marketSep 24, 2009
By Kaiya_barasha I have made my own, and bought other masala mixes for Tandoori, but none of them were as good as the Rajah brand.
I really love the sweet spicieness of this mix. A little goes a long way. I use it with my Tandoori chicken and Tandoori shrimp.
Just a tablespoon or two of the mix, some lemon juice, sliced onions and garlic and you have a wonderful tandoori.
A favorite seasoning!Jan 16, 2012
By Clare B. Cross This is a very flavorful seasoning to use on chicken and fish, or even pork. Easy, put some cut up chicken in a baking pan, add cut up carrots, potatoes, onions, whatever, sprinkle on this seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil, bake at 375 for 45 min to an hour till chic is done. Everyone likes this.
