I made this dish in the microwave just added some maarinated boneless chicken pieces and garnished it with cilantro and shredded fresh coconut. Please remember to let it settle for 3 minutes. It is very delicious and easy to make. The box size is convenient. The instructions are clear and simple to follow. It has good taste and the perfect quantity. Good for anyone who needs a quick lunch or dinner.

I like this one as well. I would only suggest using half of the flavor packet and then add some fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

Its an easy rice dish to make if you are a curry lover. Is ready in a jiffy and compliments the curries very well.
Tastes great even with just some plain yougurt. Highly recommend this one to Indian food lovers.

RK Foods Global Cuisine Tandoori Lemon Rice
We have made one box to serve with a lamb curry, and it was very good. For those who found it stale or moldy, I wonder about its shelf life. The appellation, "all natural" tells me nothing about what kinds of ingredients they use. (Maybe there's none of the typical American chemical crud that makes a Twinkie last several years! As a matter of fact, there were no chemicals listed in the ingredients.) But overall, I found the product more than satisfactory.

We bought the variety pack and were very unimpressed. The portions are fine, but the taste is not very good with any of the flavors.
