Hard to find cerealJun 10, 2007

When this cereal first came out it was carried in several local stores. It fit right into the protein diet plans that are so popular at this time. Then, maybe due to the overwhelming number of cereals on the market this one vanished. I had to order from the company for months. Then I saw it here and found that it was faster and cheaper to buy here that to go through the company. Hurrah.

PROS_______THIS CEREAL IS GREAT TASTING.....fills you up new box color NOT LIKE IN THE PICTURE..yellow is a good color......PROTIEN......im eating it while i type this review
CONS______small 11.5 ounce boxes.....HOW LONG WILL THAT LAST......you dont have any......you have to spend money on this........when its gone you become very sad.....your always wanting more but have to wait for the next order...

Protein Plus for Zone DietOct 10, 2010

I am following the "Zone Diet". As part of this I include Protein Plus along with a handful of crushed almonds to create a cereal breakfast that is relatively balanced (30,30,10) in carbs, protein and fat. The taste is great and the cereal does not get soggy and mushy when the milk is added. By the way, I balance out my orange juice carbs with a small dish of cottage cheese protein prior to eating the cereal/nut mix.

I love this cereal, it tastes great and keeps you going all day without hunger. It is very hard to find, however. I have shopped in stores but prefer to order it here.

This is one of very few cereals with protein so that I am not hungry all morning. It tastes good too! I mix it with another cereal to cut down the calories.
