Great dairy free butter substitute. Tastes like coconut.Dec 29, 2008

Be aware this does taste like coconut, and if allergic to coconut do not buy this. This is great for people allergic to dairy. Great on muffins, biscuits, etc. I used this to make butter cream frosting, and it was a wonderful substitute since I love coconut.
