"Wag More Bark Less"
I started a low carb diet but had problems meeting the protien requirements. I really dont llike meat or poultry. You can only eat so many eggs. This stuff is amazing! Taste takes a little to get used too. But by the third dose started to enjoy it. Wihout this product I could not have lost 15lbs in 2 weeks. Then averaging 2.7 pounds a week. I suggest not taking it all at one time but rather 7 to 10 grams up to 6 times a day. With low carb vegetables & as much fat as I wanted I lost 70lbs. Eventually I went to their website and purchased this in the 200. Gram protien bottles by the case. It was well worth it. I have continued to use this on maintenance using it to balance meals that are higher in carbs.
I also got my husband to use it to help with high carb meals to control his diabetes.

I bought the 50 grams of protein vials. I do not like protein products, I wanted something small that I could drink down easily. Turns out the body can only do 25 g at a time, so if as a woman, you might need 50 grams, you need 2 bottles of this OR make your 50 gram vial last for 2 servings, 1 morning, 1 evening.
I don't care for the taste but if I put it on ice and just drink down, it works well. It does have 100 calories

Since I don't like SOY STUFF this was a test of another brand using MILK WHEY.. It seemed to work the same as the other brand...I just was not too fond of the Flavor. Otherwise it was GOOD.
