I was amazed at the nutritional content packed into this little vial. I love the fact that I don't have to drink a huge shake or eat a pack of tuna to get my protein before a workout. The problem that I have with this product is the taste. It is horrendous. I have tried every flavor and that doesn't make a difference. I still use the product because it is so convenient, but I dread the time of day that I have to choke down this wretched tasting drink. I'm looking forward to the day when the flavor of this product is enhanced. Although, if I were forced to choose a "favorite" flavor, blue raspberry would be the choice.

If you have an important reason to drink protein shots, then this one is as good as it gets.
If you are just out cruising for a new drink that looks healthy and "tastes good" is the most important thing to you, then don't buy this (or any other protein shot).
Of all the protein shots I've tried, Profect Blue Raspberry is the best tasting. And you get a huge amount of protein in a very small amount of liquid, so it can go down quickly if you want. That said, I'm reserving my "5 Stars" rating in the category for the first truly great tasting product, even though that may be several years away.

wanted to get for the kids to get some other sources of protein. the taste leaves a little to be desired. even with trying to mix with other items, you still get that "raw vitamin" after taste.

Anyone who drinks protein shots knows, most of them taste bad. NOT THIS ONE. It's tolerable, especially on ice or mixed in a bottle of H2O. Always happy with this flavor!
