5This is The One for usJul 23, 2011
By B. Havin' "slk"
I've decided that this is our sippy cup. I like the fact that it's easy to put together, doesn't leak and that you can stash it in pockets, pouches, etc. We've tried many others, including:

Born Free - wasn't accepted (I think it was just too much of a contraption for a 12-mo old)
Nuby - broke after multiple tosses on the floor
Nuk - like it, but the handles attach at the bottom, making it difficult to stash in pockets/pouches. Also, it seems like my daughter sucks in a lot of air with it.
Munchkin - my daughter likes it and its the brand they use at her daycare, but it's hard to center the nipple just right. Also, my daughter loves the fact that she can turn it upside down, squish the nipple on the table, and dump out a puddle of milk. She would give it an A+ for entertainment value, Mommy, not so much.
Tilty - I like the concept but there are no handles, and the nipple isn't the best

We'll stick with Playtex for now!

5Love them!Feb 01, 2011
By CarrieMack
I used these for my first child and now I'm expecting baby #2 and am stocking up again on these. If you rinse them out after your child uses them and don't let them sit around, they are easy to rinse out. I never had a mold or mildew issue with them. A friend of mine had issues with every type of sippy cup on the market because they were "too hard to clean." It doesn't matter what type you use, don't let them sit. Rinse them out after your child finishes their drink and you will always have a clean cup with no hassle. I was very excited to find these still on the market and I intend to use these as my only sippy cup for my second baby. Love them.

5Favorite sippy cupMay 29, 2009
By Jennifer Schulze
This sippy is great. We haven't had any leaks with it. I love the simple valve system that is easy to pop in and out for washing. Very few parts make it easy to keep track of all the pieces and reassemble when they come out of the dishwasher. The kid loves them. The size is great. Very durable.

4Great transition from bottle to sippy cupNov 04, 2011
By Chicago Mama
We purchased these sippy cups as our son was transitioning away from a bottle. The handles are easy to grab and the nozzle has a little flexibility to it, even though it remains fairly rigid (a good thing). The sippy cup claims it's no leak ... when you twist the top shut, you're supposed to get an arrow on the top between two lines on the cup ... then you're ensured there will be no leaking. I found it's very hard to twist the top far enough to get between the lines ... and when you do, it's REALLY hard to open again (I have yet to do it with my bare hands - always need to reach for a towel to help). That said, we haven't had any issues with leaking when the arrow isn't between the lines, so we'd still recommend this sippy cup.

5The one that finally workedNov 07, 2011
By Elizabeth
This was the third sippy cup we tried for my 12month old daughter. There was a similar cup with a silicon spout that she chewed right through (choking hazard!!!). This one has a hard spout that is covered in silicone (or some other soft material) so she cannot chew through it. We have been using them now for over a month and have found no flaws.

The flow is perfect for her, the weight, size, everything is exactly what we needed. I should have known, since Playtex also was the perfect bottle for us when switching between breastfeeding and bottle feeding.
