I like to put in my yogurt or hot cereal, it really kicks up the flavor. It's also a great little snack by itself. This has both mono-unsaturated & poly-unsaturated fatty acids, & is low in sugar, so it's also a beneficial snack. It has just the right ratio of granola to fruit & nuts.

The almonds are fresh. The raisins & cranberries are sweet and tangy. The granola clusters are sweet and crunchy. This stuff is mmmmmm...Good and a little addicting! It's hard to be satisfied with just one package and that's dangerous as 180 calories per serving(package) & 60 Fat calories.

planters daybreak blend berry almond trail mix is a great in between meals snack to stave off hunger. it's also great for busy working people who don't have time for any other sit down snacks. it's also great if you are either trying to lose weight and/or maintain your weight. oh, the best thing about it is that it tastes great !

I put a packet of this blend in yogurt and it is delicious. It doesn't matter what flavor of yogurt...I like cherry, lemon, or vanilla.
