 Outstanding homeopathic remedy for pet skin problemsMay 27, 2008

I bought this product as a final attempt at getting my cat's skin allergies under control before he had to go on long-term meds from the vet. I'm glad I tried it. The improvement in both cats' coats was evident within the first week. My cat with the very severe skin ailment would constantly scratch and bite his fur out. He was covered in scabs and the backs of his legs were chewed raw. Keeping both cats on the Pet Alive coat tonic has helped him heal and has eased his itching. It's also easy to administer even to picky cats. I add one capsule of the powder to wet food daily; both cats gobble it up without a problem. I highly recommend this product.

This product did absolutely nothing for my Doberman's dry, itchy skin. Since we feed (and have tried several other) premium, grain free food, and supplement with fish oil (and the lab report returned negative for allergies), we decided to try this product for our Doberman, but the first bottle is finished and there is absolutely no change. We followed the instructions to the letter (in terms of dosage and schedule), but his skin is till itchy and dry, and he is still shedding profusely.
Bottom line (IMO): this is rather expensive snake oil (although, snake oil may be more useful, since it would moisturize our pooch's skin).

My half-Aussie half-border collie female has skin problems and will get itchy dry skin and start to lose hair. I started her on this stuff and a few weeks she was so much better. Her coat is so shiny and healthy now, and I only give it to her once every few days now.

My dog was itchy as the weather got colder so I gave these a try. They worked great! I put the pill in a small piece of cheese or bread with peanut butter and he swallowed them right down.
