It worked for a while.Sep 03, 2009
By Dreyna My 15 year old cat has chronic sinusitis, going on two years. She has been on and off antibiotics and a variety of holistic remedies. I was thrilled at first. She not only eagerly lapped it up - which is very unusual for her (crushed up and mixed in a little baby food), but her sniffles and snuffling seemed to immediately disappear. Periodically she had nasal discharge, but she continued to eat fairly well despite this. Her improved condition, however, lasted for only a few weeks, and ultimately I needed to start her back on the antibiotics because she stopped eating (not being able to smell her food). I will continue to use this product once she is finished with this round of antibiotics.

sinu-riteOct 26, 2008
By Fran K I believe this product works. My Husky has cancer, its either nasal cancer, or sinus cancer, and she has trouble breathing. She has bumps all around her eyes and nose. She was taking the sinu-rite, and we really weren't sure if it helped or not, but our vet put her on anti-biotic, and rymadil, so I discontinued the sinu-rite. My husband saw her having a hard time breathing and asked if I was still giving her the sinu-rite. He told me to keep giving it to her. We believe it is actually helping her, but she has many issues besides sinus. Its not making her normal, but we think a little more comfortable. I've recommended it to my brother who's dog is having sinus issues, and would recommend to any one.

Does not work!Jul 22, 2008

"Tiababa"
I was very disillusioned by this product! I was excited when I discovered it and read the reviews because I have a cat that had been sick with sinus-like symptoms for over 2 months. Antibiotics did not help so I viewed this as my last option. Well, after almost 2 weeks of giving 4-5 tablets a day it made no difference in my cats sinus symptoms. Needless to say I stopped giving it and consulted my Vet yet again. Fortunatelly there was a stronger antibiotic that has seeemd to relieve the symptoms. I will not use or purchase Sinu-Rite again as it does not work as it says it does. I feel dupped by false advertising. :(

Worth a tryDec 26, 2008
By S. Greene This really seemed to work for our big guy. The difference was noticeable after just two days. His breathing is no longer labored, and the sneezing and snoring have stopped. It's been over a month and no relapse so I'm sold. The small size makes them easy to give, which isn't always the case with cats, or you can crush it up in their food. Definitely worth a try before you make an expensive visit to your Vet.
Suprisingly EffectiveJun 08, 2011
By Roscoe Res. Our dog has had some strange sinus issues since she was a puppy, and nothing we've done--antibiotics, nebulizer treatments, etc--has had more than a temporary effect. And, the vet has not been able to recommend anything that could control the problem on a continuous basis. Her congestion would often have her wake up at night (and wake us up as a result) while she tried to blow or hack out whatever was in her nose. She would also have massive green discharge fly out of her nose during walks or sometimes just while sitting around. We tried this as a last resort, but were surprised to find that it actually helped. It did not eliminate the problem completely, but she started consistently sleeping through the night and her discharge, when it occurred, was lighter, more watery, and less voluminous. After she went through a whole bottle we decided to leave her off of it for a few days just to see if there was another factor, like warmer weather, that could explain her improvement. But, within two days of being off of this, she is back to her hacking, discharge, and general discomfort. I think the price is a bit high, as evidenced by the fact that the manufacturer sells it at a Buy 2, Get 1 Free rate. (I don't believe they are losing money on that, so I have to conclude the base price is higher than they need to charge to make a decent profit.) Also, it didn't completely solve the problem. But, it is much cheaper than vet visits and did much more than anything we have tried before, so I will keep her on it indefinitely.
