By XXX It comes as little pellets which is hard to give to my cat so I sprinkle some in a syringe with a little water (I let the pellets dissovle first) and then give it to him. I can tell it works because he is up and walking around some days are better than others but it helps calm his tummy and it gives him energy. So I recommend this to anybody who has an animal with liver failure or liver probelms. It is much eaiser than the stuff my vet gave me for him.

Helped Our CatJun 16, 2011
By shoecrazygirl! We are really glad we bought this product for our 16 year old cat. She has developed hyperthyroidism in the last year-and-a-half and we have to give her an Rx for that every day. Other than that, she is healthy, although she has slowed down alot. Didn't want to play anymore, not racing around etc. Because of her age though, her vet says she is at risk to develop diabetes and kidney or liver diseases. He could offer us meds, but we wanted to help her system grow stronger and work better in a natural way. Began research and decided to try this product. So glad we did! She has more spunk and energy than she's had in over a year, even playing and racing up the stairs again! The product itself is so easy to use. We found it easier and less stressful for all to put the supplement directly onto her food. Like a cat, she is very suspect of food that looks, smells different, etc. But with this, she simply laps it up. Even seems to like it! Would recommend checking with your vet of course.
GREAT FOR CATSDec 31, 2010
By shadowcat I have 2 cats that have flare ups with fatty liver disease. Twice I've almost lost both of them to it. Initially intense vet care is called for but once they are home and I have to feed them and get good meds into them I add this stuff to the mix. The thing I love about it is the fact the granules must have little or no taste or smell. Anyone with cats knows how finicky they are and it's a nightmare trying to get meds into them. They can sniff out the most miniscule piece of a pill and eat all the food and leave that little piece sitting in the middle of the dish! These granules mix easily into the food and I've never had my cats notice them. The directions say to sprinkle on their tongue but for me that was just impossible. With fatty liver disease you have to get food into your cats and all I can attest to is between the food and this something definitely works because each time they have come back to me. I also have liver issues and take various supplements to help keep my liver healthy. I have been doing this for years so I personally can attest to the fact liver supplements can help me; so therefore I feel pretty safe saying these can likewise help your critters.
Have no idea if it's workingJan 21, 2010
By TravelGal The bottle is TINY. About 2 inches high and 1/2 wide. I've given to my dog along with other supplements as she has kidney, liver issues. While on this she had a serious flare-up and fever went to 104.6 before vet prescribed an anti-inflammatory. I an NOT saying this caused the flare up, just that it did nothing to prevent it. She was on this for 1 1/2 months 3x a day. Can I recommend? I don't know. No visible results of effectiveness, but may help in other ways unknown to me.
