Caps can be readily separated with a gentle twist/pull; contents can then be sprinkled on pet's food, or on top a small amount of liquid. Cap itself actually quickly "melts" in the sink strainer with water contact...so if giving the cap to pet, it's good to know it's easily assimilated. No adverse smell/taste...all natural! Readily accepted by my 10 lb. Yorkie, who is 14 years old, and gets 1/2 cap contents/day.

Based on the description I didn't realize how large the pills were... Much too large for my Pomeranian. The description said you could also sprinkle on food, but you have to cut the capsules in half...they don't pull apart. This makes a big mess. Unfortunately my dog doesn't like the flavor so I don't know how effective they are

Our kitty has been on medicine for a while. With this product, we took him off of his medicine. He doesn't have the side effects of the medicine anymore
