Great OptionMar 08, 2011
By Mellow Lad I was looking for a motion sickness remedy for my dog who would vomit every time I took her for a ride in the car. I chose this option because it was an natural alternative to all the prescription options recommended. Even though the small bottle is a little pricey, it will go a long way. These are little pebbles. Some type of dispenser would be nice.

WORKS PERFECT!!!Apr 21, 2010

Just alittle pinch of this for my dog was fantastic!! Works as advertised!!! Only took 3 times using this product and my dog ( Papillon ) got used to riding in the car. You will not regret using this product! I've told many people about it, and heard back that it works as I stated.
Waste of money don't be fooled.Feb 02, 2010
By LP I would give it zero stars if I could. I had trouble getting my cat to take these beads. She wouldn't eat them in her food, and it would spill when I tried to put it directly into her mouth. She would run off and spit it out after using a syringe. The process made her more stressed. After getting her to take them as instructed, there were zero results. She more anxious and more motion sick in the car. I felt it was a total waste of money. I spent $10 on ace at the vet and it was a more effective solution.

Better than nothing, but not good enoughJun 23, 2011
By Lacie Skelton My dog doesn't get anxious, she gets nauseous. My dog will usually get sick or at least start drooling excessively within a couple miles after starting any trip. At first she was okay with eating the granules, but the small pinch that was recommended was not nearly a large enough dose and she still got sick. We tried every combination of tricks we could think of on each 2 hour trip and we finally came up with this: Don't feed her anything several hours beforehand, stop every thirty miles to walk her and give her water, and give her a large dose of the granules before leaving and at each rest stop. After we did this, the drooling got a lot better and she only got sick about half the time. After a few trips she stopped licking up the palm full of granules (it's impossible to pinch those things). She doesn't like the way the little beads stick to her mouth and muzzle, so she turns her head away and scatters them away with her tongue and nose (imagine yourself opening a box of styrofoam packing peanuts and having them stick to your clothes. You can't dust them off or blow them away because they just stick to something else). Anyways, the bottle is almost gone. On the next trip we're going to try hollowing out the end of a hotdog and hiding them in there. If that doesn't work I'm not sure it will be worth it to buy another bottle instead of trying to find something else, maybe something from the vet that might be a little riskier instead of a natural remedy. Bottom Line: IF we can get her to take it, it's much better than using nothing at all, but it isn't as good as it claims to be. Of course, your pet might react better to it than mine does.
