Ok, I have been a fan of Peeled snacks for a while since I saw them at JFK airport; it's just a great idea. However, when I saw that they had UNmixed their offerings, I was a little like "what's the point"?
Then I tasted the Pineapple.
DEEE-FREAKIN'-LISH!!! And without all the sugar you get from the other brands of dried fruit. Another BIG score, and I actually have a "monthly fix" from them now.

I bought these on the strength of the previous reviews, as well as having really enjoyed the mango product by Peeled. Unfortunately, the pineapple product did not hit the mark...the taste is very strange--doesn't quite taste like pineapple...rather, it's a very sticky chewy & tough little snack. The middle "ring" area is pretty much inedible (too tough) and my children refuse to eat them. While I love the concept of a tasty, moist, no sugar added dried fruit product, this one is not the product of choice...I will stick with the mangoes.

Great snack of sweet, soft and chewy pineapple. Every once in a while a few bites were a bit tart, but overall it was very sweet and tasty.

This was an ok snack. The flavor was a bit strange and the smell is somewhat pungent. I didn't like the first package I tried, but since I had a box of them, I kept eating them, and after a couple packages it started to taste ok. I never actually finished the box and ended up throwing a couple packages away.
I like dried fruit, but this was not a favorite.

Got a box of these a few months ago. They were so dried out it was like shoe leather. The only way I could eat them was in my morning oatmeal. I see some other reviews that rave about these. I must of got a bad batch. Will not buy them again.
