I have to disagree with the previous reviewer; I don't think this tastes anything like the original Parmesano flavor - it more closely resembles library paste or something to my tastebuds. I think the Angel Hair Parmesan has a flavor that is kind of close to Parmesano, but something is missing - I can't tell what. Noodle Roni Parmesano was my very favorite comfort food, and I miss it a lot. *sigh*

We found this product at Target but it is usually sold out so we ordered it in bulk online. Thank you Amazon for having it. The flavor is wonderful whether it's the mushroom with cream sauce or the creamy parmesan. I highly recommend. We love to cook but sometimes need something quick and this fits the bill perfectly.

I grew up with the old Pasta Roni(Golden Grain) Parmesano. The original had very thin egg noodles. The flavor of the Parmesano sauce is imitated, but nothing exactly matches the flavor. I am soooo glad that Pasta Roni has at least continued to carry this classic flavor. For me, pork chops are not the same without this side dish. It also accompanies fish and chicken dishes well.
What can I say, side dish perfection, in my opinion.
Thank you, Pasta Roni (Golden Grain) for continuing to offer this pleasant memory from my childhood!
