Very chocolate-y, very goodAug 19, 2010

We picked these up on the sale-after-Passover table (where you can also find high-fructose-corn-syrup-free ketchup) and we decided to give them a try. They are nicely chocolatey--dark and not too sweet, a tad gritty but rather nice eating all in all. They actually never made it to the cookies; we make up trail mix and munch a bit of it after dinner. Gone.

I ordered these fairly recently to have on hand for baking. I like to use a small amount in cookies and muffins for flavor. They are very good quality and I'm happy with the product. I would order these again.
