Don't dunk it in your tea or coffee as it will dissolve immediately. But a good flavor and good crunch dry. Nice to serve on the side with yogurt and fresh berries as a dessert.

Being someone that has been recently diagnosed with Celiac's and need glutten free food, these have been a wonderful find. I keep them at home and in my office and highyl reccomend them.

I have purchases Pamela's GF Biscotti many times. They are an excellent snack. They travel well and I always take a few on an airplane trip.

Having to cut out Wheat I have found that
Pamela' Almond Anise Biscotti,is my favorite cookie. I have one with my coffee each day, this is my treat! I have tried many others but I always come back to Pamela's in fact everything Pamela's is good

These are delicous! I'm partial to the Anise, but all of the other flavors are good, too. There are 120 calories per cookie and only 5g of sugar, and filling enough so that 1 is enough for a great little treat. They are individually wrapped, so you don't have to eat the whole box before they go stale, unless you want to ;) And the best part is, they have chunks of roasted almonds scattered about that are a delight when you hit one.
