I found this delicious bar at my local health food store. When I have an urge for a candy bar or something sweet I grab a PaleyBar instead. I love the taste and texture of this bar. I find it quite satisfying, and better for you than a corn syrup laden candy bar. The price is cheaper at Amazon, therefore I will purchase them here.

Awesome! Great tasting and good for you too. Terrific for backpacking, bicyling or just anytime you want a lift! Chocolate, coffee and ginger. What a combo. Yummm!

I have a problem with gluten, and most fast food involves bread or some sort of product made with flour. So I try to carry a Liquid Sunshine PaleyBar with me - it's gluten free, delicious, and I feel it's good for me if I need a quick snack. It's also a lot easier to eat than a salad or a taco!

The bars taste very gingery and are unnecessarily way too sweet, at least for me. I bought them because of the coffee and chocolate content, but could only taste ginger. Will have to throw them away, as my husband won't eat them eather.
