Fantasitc and gluten freeFeb 08, 2009

I literally survive on these as a quick, delicious, gluten free and dairy free snack, especially when travelling. No refrigeration needed until opened, but since you will eat all four sticks in the pack in one sitting, this is no problem. Great flavor, not too spicy, low in fat and calories.

Mmm. Very good sausage - flavorful, but not too spicy. Has less than 1 gram of carbs. It's a great treat to slip into a backpack!
