I've been a long time user of organic hemp oil! It both smells and tastes delicious. I find it almost like roasted nuts and sunflower seeds, both of which I really enjoy. This particular oil is a brilliant deep green color which also makes it ideal for adding as a decorative portion of a dish. I love using it on my salads and other vegetables above all else for food purposes and I work it into my skin following my morning shower for best results
If you're looking to branch out and try something a little different, mix the hemp oil with coconut oil- Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil 24 oz. + FREE 100% Cococare Coconut Oil - 4 fl oz! Not only does it taste wonderful but the moisture it adds to your skin is amazing. My skin normally dries and flakes in the summer from the heat but using this combination I've been able to keep peeling to a minimum. In foods, their heavy contrast makes for a great mix. Plus, they're both high in Omega-3 oils which is really important for heart health and immunity. It's a good way to balance out if you don't eat fish like me!

I just purchased this oil for my mother two weeks ago after reading most of the reviews and the reviews keep poring in!!
My mother is a cancer survivor and currently in good health except for some minor problems. She doesn't have much energy and has complained about her gastritis for years; no matter what she eats, she ends up with a sore stomach that burns. She's been taking the hemp oil just once a day and it has stopped the gastritis symptoms and she has more energy. She hasn't been able to eat raw onions in years; now she can with no after effects. This is just amazing, especially when you consider how long the doctors have been trying to treat it. I'm sure everyone may have different results, but it's a "miracle" for my mother!

I bought this for my skin...fiftieth reunion is this year. When it first arrived I also took a tablespoonful before bed and the next morning I had a blood sugar reading in the nineties! In the last seven days I have had five out of seven morning fasting readings in the nineties. I have been testing for eight months and am not on medication. I do restrict my carbs to about 75 a day but I was happy to try to keep fasting readings under 125. I stopped taking other supplements months ago so I would know that my results good or bad were from diet. I was eating hemp seeds for about a month before I bought the oil and I noticed better finger nails but no blood sugar changes. I am feeling more energetic as well...I know this is subjective, but had to share anyway. Hemp oil is the real deal and well worth a try.

I originally purchased this product to use as a supplement. However, very quickly I got tired of the taste. Not that there was anything wrong with it. It tastes great, very nutty, good as a salad dressing etc. But taking spoons full twice a day, along with other supplements, as a daily routine, got a bit much for me. I began to use it as a skin moisturizer and I must say, by far, the best product for that purpose. Unlike other oils that I used in the past this one absorbs rather quickly, leaving your skin smooth. Within minutes you may apply makeup over it without any trouble. You do not walk around feeling and looking greasy. I must also add, I had worked in cosmetic industry for years. So I am comparing this product to very expensive moisturizing creams by leading department store companies. This one, by far, wins over any other moisturizers in $60-80 price range.

long story short ive been checked for arthritas and burcides and several other things only to be told that nothings wrong but you can take these anti inflamitories for the pain in my joints. However that will hurt your stomach in the long run. So then i tried fish oils then the glucosmine Now ive tried the hemp oil and i must say this is the only thing that helps it has took the sharp pain out of my joints ive been taking it with a shot of juice for about a month and i skipped a day here and there only to realize that this stuff really works allmost from the first shot of it and i love this stuff it is worth its weight in gold!!!
